Low season - January 1st to March 30th. 27th October to 21st December.
Mid season - March 31st to June 29th. 15th September to 26th October.
High season - June 30th to 14th September.

Rental Terms & Condition - Cancellation Policy

* 50% of payment is due upon confirmation of your reservation. Final Payment is Due 30 Days prior to arrival.
Cancellation made 60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of Deposit. Cancellation made 45 Days Prior to arrival forfeit Deposit.
Departures and Arrival are usually flexible but as a guideline:

Check in/arrival- 1400hrs
check out/departure-1000hrs

Weekly prices for each season:
Low: £640 GBP     Mid: £810 GBP     High: £980 GBP
